# UNIwise > UNIwise (legal name UNIwise ApS) is a European education-technology company that builds WISEflow, a secure and accessible digital assessment and plagiarism-detection platform for higher education. WISEflow helps universities and colleges plan, deliver, mark, and manage exams across the full assessment lifecycle. UNIwise was founded in 2012 out of a digital-exam prototype project at Aarhus University and is headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, with offices in Manchester (UK), Skien (Norway), and Hamburg (Germany).
